Vivo Health Staff is recruiting for a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a locum assignment performing home-based primary care visits Monday through Friday.

- Location:
- Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 4-6 patients per day
- Setting: Home visits - all patients are scheduled in advanceRequirements
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification required
- Prior experience with home-based care preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
