Business Analyst II
Overview
A Business Analyst II helps implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. They will collaboratively work with the Product Management group, user experience/design group, sales, business development, Digital Marketing, customer care and technical development. Must be able to balance small scale urgent tasks with innovative digital improvements and to enhance Melaleuca's Digital effectiveness and overall user experience.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide analysis for new features or functions and bugs for IT products
- Elicit requirements from business units
- Work with the Product owners and Technical teams to develop solutions to solve business problems
- Author requirement specification documents that provide detailed and clear direction for development, operations, and quality assurance teams to follow
- Simplify and communicate business requirements to all levels of the organization
- Define, implement, evaluate, and refine product training materials
- Provide expert-level support for IT Products
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, or other related field.
- 5+ years of business analysis, project management, or product management experience required.
- A proven track record of successful product implementation and an understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Direct experience in ecommerce or enterprise software, preferably in business analysis, product management.
- Results-oriented. Attention to detail in interpreting stakeholder inputs and translating their needs into an actionable product road-map.
- Written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting consumer and customer insights.
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into desirable product features and capabilities.
- Experience leading or working in cross functional teams formed to produce a web-based business solution
