Business Analyst & Service Coordinator
Corviable is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Business Analyst & Service Coordinator to ensure the seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of our valued clients. This critical role is central to maintaining operational excellence, upholding legal compliance, and orchestrating a smooth, efficient service fulfillment process from the initial engagement throughout the client lifecycle.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Analysis & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive analysis of all new incoming clients and continuously monitor existing accounts to ensure strict adherence to legal compliance frameworks and optimal performance standards.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing client service efficiency and operational effectiveness, implementing solutions to maximize value and minimize friction.
- Service Coordination & Planning: Develop and execute detailed, client-specific coordination plans, meticulously outlining every step of the service fulfillment process to guarantee a smooth and efficient experience.
- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery pipeline, acting as a central liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all commitments are met consistently and effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Pre-emptively identify and address potential challenges or bottlenecks in service delivery, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain service continuity and client satisfaction.
