- Ensure accurate tracking of marketing campaigns
- Enable data-informed decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing leads for data accuracy
- Maintain digital analytics solutions across Lifeway web properties
- Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with a Sales and/or Marketing Operations team
- 3+ years of experience using GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis with strong analytical skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- 2+ years of experience in data storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Proven expertise in campaign tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience in a matrixed environment
- Experience with data mining techniques
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
