Sr Sales Analyst, Ice Cream US

    Description:
  • The primary purpose of this role is to support the Ice Cream Customer Business Manager and the broader team in delivering proactive analysis and insights.
  • The Sr. Sales Analyst is responsible for weekly analysis and reporting of sales trends, shopper analysis, competitive activity and creating actionable insights from the analysis of these trends.
  • Strong interaction between both internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • The position will require advanced skills in analysis, project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office with exceptional Excel skills.
  • The Sr. Analyst should be ready to create and present sales ready presentations to the Customer, Brands and Internal teams.
    Requirements:
  • Must have a growth mindset and a passion for winning.
  • Prior experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, internally and externally.
  • Must be detail oriented that works effectively in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • Must have strong relationship building and project management skills.
  • Must be fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI and other applications a plus.
  • Prior working knowledge of POS reporting systems preferred (Nielsen, IRI/ Circana, Customer-Specific) and Sales Planning Systems.
  • An undergraduate degree is required.
