Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is 100% work from home. We are seeking an individual committed to work 40 hours a week and available to work shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri, this will include holiday shifts.

    Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for the following inquiries:
  • Place orders/Ship tracking/ Order research.
  • Check account or certificate balances or account transactions.
  • Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments.
  • Communicate program rules and program information to customers.
  • Product/rules clarification.
  • Navigate customers through basic website technical support.
  • Problem resolution through online research.
    Education/Experience Required:
  • HS Diploma.
  • Bilingual - French Canadian.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
  • Call center/customer service experience a plus.
    Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships.
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to manage multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/communication channels simultaneously.
  • Strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to research and resolve issues that arise.
  • Strong initiative to excel and provide memorable customer service.
  • Self-motivate in a remote work environment with high volume and productivity requirements.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs. Contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management.
  • High accountability for providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide professional and accurate support to both internal and external customers.

Base Hourly Rate Range: $21.00 to $24.00. Final hourly rate and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
