Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time, school-based position in the Gray Gables, WA area. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about student health and wellness and can contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
- Requirements to Apply:
- Active Washington State RN license
- Must hold or be eligible for an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience is preferred
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing services including assessments, health screenings, and medication administration
- Monitor and manage chronic health conditions for students
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state guidelines
- Support the implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
