    Skills
  • Active LPN license in South Dakota or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state licensure
  • Current and valid certifications
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living is highly preferred, but not required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
    Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive nursing care: Administering medications, managing treatments, and monitoring residents’ health.
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Supporting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Promoting mobility: Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
  • Monitoring vital signs and health indicators: Checking vital signs, monitoring blood glucose levels, and documenting changes in residents’ conditions.
  • Collaborating with a care team: Working closely with nurse aides and medication aides to implement and maintain individualized care plans.
  • Communicating effectively: Observing residents, reporting changes in their condition to supervisors, and ensuring seamless communication within the care team.
  • Adapting to evolving needs: Performing other nursing responsibilities as required to meet the specific needs of our residents.
    Qualifications
  • Active LPN license in South Dakota, or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state licensure.
  • Current and valid certifications.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living is highly preferred, but not required. We welcome new graduates!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
