  • We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our Product organization.
  • In this role, you will turn raw data into meaningful insight—fueling decisions that improve the health and performance of our products and experiences.
  • Your analyses will support cross-functional product strategy, innovation, and optimization for both our clinical/lab test products and our customer experience (CX) solutions.
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying patterns, visualizing trends, and enabling data-driven decisions.
  • You’ll work closely with product leaders, product designers, and other stakeholders to design and define key metrics and ensure we’re delivering measurable value to customers.
  • We believe data is fuel for customer-driven growth, and you’ll play a key role in helping us earn that right.
  • Partner with product teams to identify and define key measures of value for our products overall, as well as OKRs and specific metrics for development programs and projects.
  • Use skills in data modeling, analysis, and visualization to directly support data driven decision making within core product areas.
  • Analyze patterns in areas such as product/feature adoption, customer behavior, and retention to uncover improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable, timely insights for stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools to measure and track product health and business outcomes.
    Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Skilled in BI and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Sigma, and Excel
  • Familiarity and experience with database applications and tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, dbt, Python, and R; fluency in one or more of these.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame questions, test hypotheses, and tell clear and compelling stories from complex data.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Healthcare or diagnostics experience is a plus (e.g., revenue cycle, lab, digital health).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative field preferred (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar); Master’s degree a plus.
