    Role Overview

    We are seeking a contract UX Designer with strong UI sensibilities and a conversion-focused mindset to join our team. This role will support high-impact initiatives across our website, collaborating closely with the Web, CRO, and Paid Media teams to improve user flows, optimize high-converting pages, and enhance the overall digital experience.

    Reporting to: Director, Web Strategy, and closely partnering with Sr. Director, Design to deliver a world-class experience.
    Location: Flexible remote working from home if located in the USA in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Physical offices available in Austin, TX, and Tampa, FL, for a hybrid option.
    Type: Contract role, 40 hours per week for 3 to 6 months, with potential to convert to full-time employment based on performance.

    Responsibilities
    • Partner with the CRO lead and web strategy team to identify, design, and execute UX enhancements across core revenue-driving areas of the site (e.g., paid landing pages, navigation, pricing, and key CTAs)

    • Use behavioral analytics (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, session replays) to uncover friction points and drive data-backed UX improvements

    • Rapidly design and run A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical significance before scaling changes

    • Collaborate with Paid Media stakeholders to launch and iterate high-performing experiences that directly support campaign ROI and conversion velocity

    • Improve and evolve information architecture across the website, helping guide the user journey with clear pathways to value

    • Apply SEO fundamentals and user behavior insights to ensure UX strategies align with both paid and organic growth

    • Design mid-to-high fidelity wireframes and collaborate with UI designers to ensure execution aligns with UX intent

    • Help define and prioritize UX debt, experimentation opportunities, and personalization initiatives in partnership with stakeholders

    • Confidently present insights and recommendations to leadership, shaping priorities with clear data stories

    • Additional duties as needed

    About You
    • 10+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization in B2B SaaS or performance marketing environments

    • Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, including GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, and funnel analysis, with a sharp eye for statistical significance

    • Demonstrated understanding of how paid search, paid media, and CRO strategies influence UX decisions, including landing page optimization and campaign performance alignment

    • Strong grasp of information architecture, user flow optimization, and A/B and multivariate testing frameworks

    • Hands-on experience with GTM, personalization tools, and ensuring robust data capture for experiments

    • Ability to deliver thoughtful, actionable UX recommendations backed by both behavioral and performance data

    • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and web accessibility standards

    • Proficient with tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, GTM, Segment, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, Figma, AB Tasty (or similar), and paid platforms like Google Ads, using these daily to drive decisions and experiments

    • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments with marketers, designers, and developers, known for being highly collaborative with a proven ability to build trust across teams
