Responsibilities:
Oversee the full project life-cycle of CUBE’s end-to-end implementation projects from initial customer engagement, statements of work, project tracking and exceptional delivery
Lead a team of project leads, technical leads and regulatory subject matter experts
Deliver customer excellence and on-time delivery
Provide unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any issues arising during the relationship
Coordinate, influence and ensure accountability across internal functions to ensure legal, financial and technical requirements are fully satisfied and approved for each customer engagement
Maintain existing and develop new relationships with partners and subcontractors as necessary to ensure customers receive a high quality, aligned service proposition
What we’re looking for:
Technical Skills
At least 8 years of experience of managing multiple complex projects and delivery of change and/or transformation within the financial sector; in particular, regulatory-driven initiatives
Strong experience and knowledge in regulations applicable to financial services
At least 5 years of experience in people management
Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery (Agile, DevOps, waterfall) – SCRUM qualifications would be beneficial
Deep understanding of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks with an expertise in the design and implementation of compliance / legal / risk management operating models for multi-jurisdictional financial services firms
Proven-track record of working with diverse skillsets to serve client needs across large / complex organisations
Extensive experience with regulatory compliance processes (e.g. horizon scanning, impact assessment, regulatory change delivery)
Experience working with data models, regulatory mapping, taxonomies, data lineage, etc.
Prior experience working in consulting firms and /or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage
Ability to organize and lead workshops and elicit business requirements with minimal supervision
