About the Role

Sprig is hiring a high-impact Field Marketing/Events Manager to lead unforgettable, pipeline-driving experiences in our key markets. From Michelin-star dinners and private suites at sporting events to custom activations at industry conferences, you’ll design and deliver high-touch moments that deepen relationships with product and research leaders.

You’ll partner closely with our Sales and BDR teams to fuel pipeline through thoughtful gifting campaigns and VIP experiences. This role is critical to deepening our relationships with enterprise buyers and elevating the Sprig brand in key markets.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City (3x days in office) or San Francisco (4x days in office).

Your Impact
  • Plan and execute end-to-end Sprig-hosted and sponsored events ranging from conferences, networking mixers, and private dinners.

  • Build targeted invite lists and deliver engaging experiences that resonate with Director+ user research leaders

  • Partner with the Sales team, BDRs, and SF Events Manager to design and support outbound programs, including regional gifting and custom follow-ups

  • Own vendor management, venue coordination, creative execution, and post-event reporting

  • Measure and optimize event ROI, engagement, and impact on pipeline

  • Act as the eyes and ears of the brand in the field, bringing market insights and customer energy back to the team

Your Strengths
  • 3+ years of field or regional marketing experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • Proven ability to support enterprise sales teams through localized pipeline-driving initiatives

  • Deep familiarity with targeting and engaging research and product decision-makers

  • Skilled in event logistics, vendor negotiations, and managing timelines with precision

  • Data-driven mindset with strong ownership over outcomes and experience quality

  • Comfortable with Salesforce, HubSpot, Sendoso, and other marketing/event tools

  • Positive, collaborative energy and a bias toward action

Employee Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $150,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
