Sales Operations Analyst
Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PST Monday to Friday
Compensation: up to $2,500 monthly (salary based on assessment)
Location: LATAM (Fully Remote)
About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company on a mission to transform how logistics companies sell. Their platform helps freight forwarders and supply chain teams streamline sales, prioritize accounts, and run targeted outreach campaigns — unlocking new revenue with precision and speed.
Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to play a dual role: powering internal sales performance and supporting customer success by making data actionable. You’ll help both their team and customers turn scattered logistics and contact data into high-impact sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Facing Support
Partner with onboarding managers to understand each customer's logistics priorities (e.g., routes, commodities, markets)
Listen in on onboarding sessions to surface campaign targets and translate them into actionable account + contact lists
Use internal and customer data sources to help customers identify the right 100–200+ contacts for specific sales campaigns (e.g., "reefer exports from China")
Clean and format data for upload into CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
Internal Sales Ops
Build and maintain reports and dashboards on pipeline health, outbound success, and rep performance
Manage data enrichment, deduplication, and ingestion processes across sales and customer data
Support lead scoring, segmentation, and territory/account assignment
Work cross-functionally with product, onboarding, and leadership to identify where data can improve GTM execution
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or customer-facing analytics, ideally in SaaS or a data-heavy B2B environment
Experience working directly with clients or onboarding teams to translate qualitative goals into quantitative targeting strategies
Strong data handling skills — including:
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, deduping, cleaning)
Familiarity with CRM data import/export processes
Understanding of CRM tools like: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
Bonus: exposure to logistics, trade, freight forwarding, or supply chain tech; prior sales experience
You’ll Thrive Here If…
You enjoy making messy data clean — and turning it into business value
You love the idea of working on both internal sales efficiency and customer-facing challenges
You’re comfortable operating autonomously and uncovering insights just by listening and observing
You want to be part of a nimble team building a high-growth, venture-based, San Fransisco-based SaaS company from the ground up
What We Offer
Competitive salary and growth opportunities
Remote work flexibility
A high-trust, fast-moving team culture (ex-Flexport, Rutter API leadership)
A chance to shape core revenue infrastructure — and make an impact across dozens of logistics teams globally
