About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to manage and optimize our HRMS platform (preferably Zoho People), leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.
What you will do:
Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data (onboarding, movements, exits, etc.).
HR Data & Analytics
Collaborate with HRBPs and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions.
AI & Automation in HR
Work on use cases to automate manual HR processes and improve self-service adoption among employees.
Stay updated with the latest HR tech trends and bring innovation into daily HR operations.
