You'll lead one or two pods of engineers whoown the
Bank Reconciliation processat Xero. This means driving the automation of bank transactions, ensuring top-tier quality through rigorous testing, and managing the core services that handle bank statements.The team focuses on:

Automated Bank Reconciliation:Building systems that auto-reconcile transactions without user input.

Testing & Quality Assurance:Implementing robust testing, promoting automation, and aligning with business priorities.

Service Operations:Managing bank statement operations for seamless processing.

API & Product Integration:Enhancing reconciliation through API integrations, handling unreconciled counts, and suggesting automated reconciliations.
While the team primarily usesReact/Typescript, .Net, and C#, we'retechnology agnosticfor our people lead roles. Your ability to lead and empower engineers is paramount.
