About the team:

We are a lean, hardworking team consisting of 5 people. IT Operations Manager, two Senior System Administrators and two System Administrators. We support two floors (5th and 6th) containing 300 people, in our Hammersmith HQ and regularly travel to Germany to support our Dusseldorf office (25 people). We also remotely support two outsourced call centres containing 800 people, one in India and two in South Africa.

The impact you’ll have:

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the System Administrator will provide operational and strategic support to facilitate the day to day running of all IT systems, for all users, across all regions.

Your day-to-day:

  • Support and administrate a large scale estate in a Google Workspace, Azure and JAMF environment.

  • Building, supporting and maintaining large scale CRM (Kustomer) and Telecoms systems (UJET)

  • Troubleshoot network issues and work with senior IT in resolving any problems.

  • Manage multiple queues of tickets using Freshservice within our SLA.

  • Manage and run weekly joiners and leavers, account creations and deactivations.

  • Provide remote support to our business partner outsourcers

  • Provide ‘All Hands’ meeting setup and support and general AV support/break-fix as needed and support 20 Google Meeting rooms.

  • Support UK Office and Dusseldorf office (Onsite and remote).

  • Completing technical projects in line with quarterly business key results.

Your skillset:

  • 5+ years working experience as an IT Support Engineer or Administrator

  • Degree in a technical subject or industry standard certificates

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure, Intune and JAMF

  • Strong working knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems

  • iOS and Android management and support

  • Solid understanding of networking, we use Palo Alto, Aruba & Cisco products

  • Possess a strong focus on customer service and IT security

  • Ability to work individually and within a team

  • Flexibility to work outside of standard work hours to accommodate special projects or emergencies

Desirable:

  • AV engineer experience (Setup and support)

  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Aruba switches and Access Points

  • Managing large scale CRM and/or ticketing systems
