Sales Training Specialist
The Sales Training Specialist will serve as a leader, mentor, and educator for all salespeople, including new hire cohorts and existing sales professionals in need of additional training or support. New hires will undergo an intensive week of in-person training at one of our community offices, followed by ongoing virtual training sessions. The Sales Trainer will also work closely with any salespeople who require further development, offering coaching and support to enhance their skills and improve performance. This role will be a continuous resource for the sales team, ensuring all members receive the training and guidance necessary to succeed. This role will work closely with Sales and Revenue leadership and will have a dotted line to the Director of Sales to ensure seamless support and training.

Qualifications
Ability to travel: This role requires travel to training facilities at least one (1) full week each month which may take place out of state. Additional travel may be required based on organizational needs.
Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in learning and development activities and/or property management consistent with job duties and responsibilities
Physical Demands: Can spend long hours sitting while using computer equipment or standing to deliver/facilitate training.
