Leasing Executive
We’re seeking an experienced leasing professional to help reposition and elevate one of Sydney’s most ambitious retail assets. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead high-tier brand engagement and take ownership of leasing outcomes for a large-scale, growth-focused centre.
You’ll be based in a brand-new, architect-designed Sydney CBD office, working directly with the business owners. This is a rare chance to step into a high-impact role with genuine autonomy — without the layers of corporate red tape.
The CompanyOur client is a privately owned property group with a strong track record across commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. Their retail portfolio includes a high-performing flagship centre currently undergoing a major transformation — with expansion, uplifted positioning, and a pipeline of further development already in motion.
As the group accelerates its growth agenda, they’re seeking a leasing leader to help shape the next chapter — with a particular focus on securing high-tier, nationally and internationally recognised retail and lifestyle brands.
The RoleAs Leasing Executive, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive leasing strategy, lead brand engagement, and secure the right tenant mix to match the centre’s repositioning. You’ll be highly visible in market, managing negotiations and nurturing brand relationships that drive long-term commercial success.
This is not a layered or back-office role — you’ll be the lead representative for leasing, embedded in every conversation that matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and secure high-tier retail, fashion, lifestyle and F&B tenants
Lead deal negotiations and renewals from first contact through to execution
Maintain strong brand relationships and represent the asset actively in market
Collaborate across operations, legal, and marketing to align leasing outcomes with broader centre goals
Deliver regular pipeline reporting and insights to the senior leadership team
You’ve worked with high-tier or near-premium brands and bring a strong industry network
You thrive in a role that blends strategy, relationships, and deal execution
You’re commercially sharp, proactive, and looking for a role with real visibility and impact
You value direct access to decision-makers and a fast-moving, high-trust culture
By 3 months – You’ve assessed the leasing pipeline, reconnected with key brand contacts, and are progressing early-stage conversations
By 6 months – You’ve secured new deals, grown brand interest, and built market momentum
By 12 months – The brand mix is elevated, tenant performance is strengthening, and the centre is recognised as a must-consider destination for high-tier retailers
