Reporting directly to the Deputy Global COO, you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years.
Main mission
As a CS Strategic Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of the most impactful projects for Agicap’s Customer Success department. You will play a key role in Agicap's hypergrowth by working closely with Agicap’s management team.
You will lead transverse projects and support the Head Ofs across all CS functions : Care, Account Management, Techs and Implementation. You will have to be their trusted business partners by understanding their main pains, identifying critical paths to fix them and operationally deliver both the action plans and the change management. You will work on a multi-country scope (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).
