About the role
As our Senior Growth Product Manager, you will own the entire top-of-funnel acquisition engine at Finary. You’ll define and execute a bold growth strategy—rolling out and scaling a holistic referral program, tailoring the onboarding experience for paid channels, and optimizing web-to-app signup flows. Working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Growth, Product, Design and Media teams, you’ll design and run data-driven experiments to acquire millions of high-quality users at the lowest possible CAC.

You’d be a great fit if you…

  • Have a hacker mindset and thrive on rapid, iterative experimentation

  • Can point to a proven track record of acquiring millions of users at scale

  • Think in systems and feedback loops, building sustainable growth frameworks

  • Are relentlessly data-centric—comfortable defining, tracking and optimizing key metrics

  • Love leveraging AI or automation to turbocharge growth efforts

  • Have hands-on experience launching and scaling referral or viral programs

  • Know how to weave paid marketing directly into the product experience

This role is not for you if…

  • You’re not based in Paris or cannot work onsite

  • You haven’t owned acquisition channels at significant scale

  • You rely on anecdotes rather than rigorous data analysis

  • You expect to offload core execution to agencies
