Your Mission
As an Emerging Enterprise Executive/Commercial Sales Executive at UiPath, you will spearhead growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing them into enterprise-class accounts. Your focus will be on meeting assigned targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build lasting relationships. Through strategic account management and deep product knowledge, you'll transform initial engagements into substantial partnerships that expand UiPath's footprint in the emerging enterprise space.
This is what you'll do at UiPath:
Acquire new logos (80% focus) while mining existing relationships (20% focus) to meet quarterly and yearly quotas
Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships
Master the entire UiPath end-to-end automation platform to effectively demonstrate our value proposition against competitors
Understand customers' business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in your assigned market
Collaborate with Technical Sales Support and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Create comprehensive sales plans to grow UiPath's key relationships and expand our presence
This is what you'll bring to the team
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in software or software solution sales
Proven track record selling to enterprise/Mid-Market customers in China
Prior experience in selling USD 30-50K deals to new customers
Experience in land-and-expand strategy, with ability to grow accounts from $30K to $200K through upselling and cross-selling
Strong account and territory planning skills with experience in multi-product selling strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach
Experience in application selling (Automation Platform/ERP/CRM) is an added advantage
