As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic VP of Growth to lead and scale our growth initiatives to the next level.

Role Overview:

As the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives to optimize new and total ARR, enhance commercial understanding, and build a world-class team. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with extensive experience in SEM, SEO, and digital product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize New and Total ARR

    • Collaborate with the SEM team to scale paid acquisition offers, aiming to achieve 4x growth to 4m SEM ARR in 12 months.

    • Drive SEO initiatives with hands-on contributions, ensuring increased delivery speed and rigor. Identify and implement larger SEO ideas within 6 months.

    • Enhance ARPA and LTVs with the Monetization team by:

      • Optimizing regional pricing for an additional 10% ARPA increase.

      • Improving money collection and dispute resolution processes.

      • Exploring cross-selling opportunities between Smallpdf & Sign.com.

      • Identifying new monetization strategies within the first 6 months.

    • Establish a revenue-generating lifecycle CRM to maximize customer engagement and retention.

  2. Revisit Growth Strategy & Develop Scalable Growth Ideas

    • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to reduce SEO dependence and scale the business to the next level, including:

      • Advanced SEO tactics such as long-tail landing pages, user sharing, and larger limitation changes.

      • New paid acquisition channels and product ads.

      • Exploring new product lines like image processing and format conversion.

      • Strategic B2B distribution opportunities.

  3. Enhance Commercial Understanding & Goal Setting

    • Drive commercial analytics initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making.

    • Lead the commercial meeting, ensuring strategic alignment and performance monitoring.

    • Renew focus on customer retention to maximize lifetime value and minimize churn.

  4. Build and Lead a World-Class Team

    • Foster a results-driven, data-centric, and commercially-focused team culture.

    • Recruit and build high-performing teams, including:

      • Commercial Analytics Team with a world-class Analytics Lead.

      • Strengthened SEO team.

      • A strategic and visionary Head of Marketing.

      • A customer-focused CRM Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in growth leadership roles, preferably within digital products or SaaS companies.

  • Proven track record in managing and scaling SEM campaigns with 100k+ budget.

  • Hands-on experience in SEO strategy and team management.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of optimizing digital product monetization.

  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to approach problems from a data perspective and execute data-backed strategies.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.

  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance teams.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around strategic goals.
