Processing over 5 billion images a year and downloaded over 200 million times, Photoroom is now the world's #1 AI photo-editing app, available across mobile, web, and via an API in over 180 countries.
We are at an exciting stage of our journey. Having successfully raised our Series B, we aim at sustaining 80% YoY growth.

TL;DR
We are looking for a hands‑on leader who will deliver Photoroom to enterprise clients and grow 3× qualified pipeline (PQL) and 3× enterprise ARR within 12 months, paving the road from today’s $3 M ARR to $30 M by 2027 for B2B. You’ll own inbound, marketing and product-led growth for enterprise and mid-market while partnering with Sales on high‑touch deals. You’ll report directly to the CEO.
We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe within a 3-hour flight from Paris (HQ) and come to our office once a month (fully reimbursed) or more often. US East coast is also an option.This ensures effective collaboration and supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (up to 10k€), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.
We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here. We are unable to sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France at this time.

Photoroom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).
We can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than in Paris.
Positioning & PMM – lead our PMM to build ICPs, customer industry pages, find the best way to speak to customers, enable sales with assets and case studies. Utilize strong data insights (hired one senior PMM, profile) to inform the positioning.
Demand Generation – grow the top of funnel for Enterprise and mid market accounts. Start with a focus on content and paid marketing to drive inbound, and then expand to other channels as it makes compound over time.Most likely inbound with content, paid marketing and it could expand to other channels. Lead‑Scoring & RevOps – build a scoring model using intent, identity, and actions; route SQLs to Sales in <24 h; maintain LTV/CAC > 3. (hired one senior rev ops, profile)
Product‑Led Growth (PLG) – partner with product to launch ai tools and product changes that increase conversion and help qualify leads.
Team Building – hire, coach and inspire a lean GTM squad (Growth, PMM, Demand Gen, Analysts,…).
Iterate & Measure – own dashboards; run weekly growth reviews; sunset what doesn’t move the needle.
Director/Senior Director level with 8+ years in B2B growth/marketing
Lead marketing from low $Ms to $30M+ in revenue; led teams of 10+.
Track record quickly growing ARR (3x+) through enterprise and self serve SaaS.
Strong background in marketing, events, building lead scoring, and working with product
Comfortable owning narrative and rolling up sleeves—no task too small.
Passion for AI/good visuals.
Work in retail or marketplaces is a plus
Tenure of 2+ years in relevant roles preferred
