About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Profit Strategist to join our small but mighty Customer Profit Team. This role is built for someone who loves working directly with customers, knows how to think on their feet, and can confidently lead conversations around strategy, structure, and outcomes.
Your main job? Help our customers grow their profit through Mangomint’s most powerful tools—flows, memberships, packages, rebooking campaigns, and more.
This role is 75% live customer calls and 25% strategic outreach and campaign follow-up. If you're energized by direct impact, real conversations, and problem-solving in real time, keep reading.

Lets be honest…
This role isn’t for someone who needs rigid structure or step-by-step instructions. You’ll need to be self-directed, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating grey areas. We’re figuring things out as we go, and we want someone excited by that—not overwhelmed by it.
In this role you will:Run ~6-8 customer calls per day helping business owners optimize for profit and efficiency using Mangomint tools
Guide customers through flow creation, offer structuring, membership design, and seasonal campaign strategy
Think on your feet—every call is different, and the customer often doesn’t know what they need until you uncover it with them
Follow up with leads from outreach campaigns and promo pushes to drive bookings and conversions
Support with outbound messaging to key segments (e.g., expiring credits, missed opportunities, vertical-specific promos)
Help track and manage pipeline in Airtable and Salesforce (don’t worry, we’ll train you up)
Collaborate cross-functionally to build smarter processes, share customer insights, and refine what works
2+ years experience in customer success, onboarding, or sales-like environments
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills—you can own a Zoom room
Comfort navigating ambiguity—our calls don’t follow a script, and no two are the same
Confidence talking strategy: you’re not afraid to ask questions, pitch ideas, or challenge assumptions
Highly organized with a systems mindset (experience with Airtable, Notion, or Intercom is a plus)
Ability to work independently, move fast, and handle multiple tasks without letting anything drop
Bonus: industry experience (salon, medspa, wellness), or previous use of Mangomint
