We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our Paid Acquisition team.

You’ll strategize, execute, and optimize global campaigns, and play an important role in leveraging cutting-edge technology and data science models to aid sophisticated optimization efforts and proper budget allocation.

In this role, you’ll
  • Manage and optimize global campaigns with a large budget, end-to-end

  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct regular data analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Own measurement and reporting for your campaigns

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies in order to identify and leverage growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Creative and Analytics, to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing efforts

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in PPC, managing global, large-scale B2C campaigns focused on the Google ecosystem (with budgets of $500K+/mo)

  • Experience with social/video platforms is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

  • Proven track record of delivering consistent results

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

  • A talent for thinking strategically about complex issues

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
