About the RoleICHRAs are positioned to transform how employers sponsor health insurance for tens of millions of people, as part of a broader shift in employee benefits from defined-benefits to defined-contribution. HealthSherpa is building infrastructure to facilitate the exchange of data between carriers and ICHRA platforms. While we have FFM carriers well covered, SBM-only carriers are pure whitespace. You will closing SBM-only carriers for ICHRA related connectivity (think enrollment) and later the full suite of HealthSherpa solutions. Helping create and capture billions in enterprise value will be your goal. For you, this is the opportunity of a lifetime.
You will report to the Senior Vice President of ICHRA. This is a US-based remote role, with no more than 25% travel expected.
The base salary range is $000,000-$000,000 + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
You Will:Prospect and close carriers for off-exchange enrollment and other ICHRA related connectivity solutions
Overcome objections to influence customer buying decisions
Understand markets and our competitors
Achieve and exceed quotas for assigned market geography
Build market sales plans to achieve metrics
Cross-sell the broader portfolio of HealthSherpa solutions
You Have:
At least 5 years of direct sales experience selling to multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations
Demonstrated effectiveness communicating with senior business leaders (written and oral), with the ability to reconcile competing points of view
Experience selling to carriers or sales experience within a carrier
Remote-first company (US-based remote only)
