The Role

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy, directly influencing marketing-attributed pipeline and supporting business growth targets. This pivotal role demands a dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a primary focus on inbound marketing and partnership development, while also supporting outbound efforts.

You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to align strategy and execution, ensuring exceptional results. This position requires a strategic thinker who is action-oriented, results-focused, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and translate the GTM strategy into actionable demand generation plans.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise marketing programs across inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels, including SEO and PPC.

  • Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with technology partners, agencies, and consultancies.

  • AI Integration & Automation: Leverage AI tools and no-code platforms for marketing efficiency and scaling.

  • Execution & Accountability: Oversee program implementation, manage external partners, and refine activities based on data.

  • PPC Execution: Directly run, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.


This Role Is for You If:

  • You have a proven track record in generating marketing-attributed pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • You possess strong digital marketing expertise, including hands-on PPC execution and a strategic understanding of SEO.

  • You are AI literate and comfortable leveraging marketing technology tools to scale efforts.

  • You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge and hold stakeholders accountable.

  • You thrive in a dynamic, independent, and rapidly growing startup environment.

  • Clear and measurable marketing-attributed pipeline within your first 6 months.

  • High-performing inbound and partner channels, contributing to GTM success.

  • Strong, self-sustaining partner relationships that drive warm leads.

About You

  • You have 4+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally with agency experience.

  • You can plan, execute, and scale marketing programs with a direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

  • You have experience working with or implementing AI tools to scale marketing efforts.

  • You are confident collaborating across sales, partnerships, and service delivery teams in a high-autonomy environment.
