About the role
This role is key in fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere both on campus and in the office. You'll oversee daily office operations while serving as the primary point of contact for both current and prospective students. Acting as a vital liaison between on-campus and remote teams, you'll ensure smooth communication, coordination of events, and the delivery of experiences that embody our values and culture.

Office Management & Administration
Serve as the welcoming face of the office for staff, guests, and vendors.
Manage all office logistics, including supplies, deliveries, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Assist with onboarding by setting up workstations, welcome materials, and coordinating IT needs.
Ensure the office, break rooms and communal areas remain clean, stocked, and organized.
Plan and support employee events, happy hours, and engagement activities.
Provide front desk support (phones, badges, payments) and general administrative assistance.
Campus & Student Engagement
Welcome and professionally greet students, visitors, and prospective applicants on campus.
Act as the on-campus liaison for the enrollment team, ensuring smooth coordination for appointments, financial aid sessions, and enrollment activities.
Occasionally conduct individual and group campus tours using approved language to showcase campus highlights and student services.
Help organize and assist in campus events including open houses, student appreciation days, graduations, and career fairs.
Support returning students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a warm and efficient experience.
Help manage inbound and outbound calls related to campus events and scheduling.
Assist with on-campus operational tasks such as transcript handling, student issue resolution, and enrollment candidate support.
Support referral programs/community service events in collaboration with the General Manager.

A compensation package that includes a base salary ($53,000 - $57,000) + equity grant
