Our Recruitment Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages. We take care to spend time answering your questions at each stage because we are looking for exceptional candidates and we know it's important for you to find working conditions that suit you best.
- The first interview will be with a member of the Alan team and will last ~30 minutes, aiming to get to know you better, ensure that your profile meets our expectations, and confirm that our offer matches your job search.
- The second interview (~45 minutes) is a technical interview with our lead occupational psychologist. The purpose is to test your technical skills in a simplified practical scenario.
