About the Role:
Verifiable is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within our most strategic accounts. This role will be the primary point of contact for our Enterprise customers—ensuring seamless
onboarding, delivering ongoing support, identifying expansion opportunities, translating customer feedback into actionable insights, and ultimately delivering ROI for customers. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, Enablement, and Support to build lasting relationships and maximize customer value.We are a fully remote company hiring in the following states:AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
