Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Health and Clinical Services will be a licensed practitioner who will be responsible for providing mental health consultation, case management training, programs oversight, and evaluation; additionally, will be responsible for implementing a new Cal-AIM/Medi-Cal eligible services and billing unit. Through collaborating across GLIDE programs and community partnerships, launch and integrate new initiatives which include management of behavioral health services, substance use treatment services, overdose prevention, infectious disease testing and treatment navigation, housing support services, case management, and care coordination across GLIDE’s community-facing programs. Additionally, the SDCS will support the integration of GLIDE’s diverse services as detailed in the refreshed strategic plan, with a focus on developing and implementing a standardized case management approach that serves as a core piece of the integrated service model and care coordination and supports GLIDE’s goals for achieving reimbursable services for Cal-AIM/Medi-Cal.
