To support our People team, we’re hiring a People & Talent Apprentice who is passionate about recruitment, wants to learn more about payroll, HR operations, internal communication, and event management, and thrives in a purpose-driven environment.

Why is your role important at Strapi?
Are you a people-oriented person who is passionate about numbers and processes?
To support our People team, we’re hiring a People & Talent Apprentice who already has an experience in Human Resources (recruitment ideally), wants to learn more about payroll, HR operations, internal communication, and event management, and thrives in a purpose-driven environment.
By partnering very closely with our Senior Global HR Manager and our People Operations Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to explore and validate an HR Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a tech start-up.
The right person for this role will be able to stay available to support our employees while focusing on improving processes and administrative tasks.

Work from anywhere: we're a remote-first company, so we can work wherever home is as long as there's WiFi. We provide you with a remote set-up budget so you can equip your office space.

Parents on a mission: 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all Strapi parents after the first year.
Latest tech: MacBook Pro or PC.
Offsite: We gather together in-person & virtually twice a year to connect with each other.
Referral program: $1500 is your recommendation gets hired.
Compensation will be based on your contract and legal requirements.
