Role Description
- This position will assist the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in evaluating insurance applications and daily transactions for Club and Carrier defined compliance standards.
- Assigns leads from all distribution channels
- Sells Club Memberships
- Processes non-download carrier new business policies, renewals and amended declarations pages for all lines of business
- Assist with review and processing of Non-download new, renewal and endorsed business applications
- Process incoming mail and lead distribution from various channels and systems
- Update and process pre-month-end new business EPIC coding and maintenance
- Process daily download files in suspense
- Perform general clerical duties including typing, correspondence and data entry
- Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements
- Complete monthly reports from Agency Accounting
- Receive incoming calls concerning club products and member services
- Perform special assignments throughout the department, as warranted
- Review various data elements as required to maintain integrity of the system
- Complete related tasks in support of the department as directed
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience in the Insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
