Talent Acquisition Manager ( Part-time ) – $65 – $75/hr ( Remote US)
Role Overview
A leading AI research initiative is seeking an experienced Hiring Manager to guide the development of systems that replicate real-world recruiting workflows. You’ll serve as the domain expert helping shape how AI agents handle scenarios such as requisition scoping, DE&I sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and offer calibration.
- This is a remote, flexible, part-time role designed for seasoned talent acquisition professionals who want to influence the future of AI in HR.Key Responsibilities
- Provide asynchronous feedback on model outputs and participate in bias-stress testing
- Map end-to-end hiring workflows (intake → sourcing → screening → closing) and highlight bias inflection points
- Collaborate on the creation of ~25 simulated hiring environments (e.g., prioritizing reqs, crafting outreach)
- Develop rubrics to assess decision quality at both micro (step-by-step) and macro (final recommendation) levels Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups (Series B–E)
- Deep expertise in DE&I strategies, interview loop design, and recruiting operations tooling
- Proven ability to drive hiring across technical and non-technical roles Project Timeline

- Duration: 4 weeks
- Weekly Commitment: ~20 hours/week
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous – work on your own time Compensation & Contract
