- Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analytic services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Train and supervise RBTs and other team members to deliver high-quality ABA services
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Track client progress and adjust plans based on data
- Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a BCBA
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and data-driven ABA services
- Previous experience with hybrid or remote work is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site as needed in Fresno #J-18808-Ljbffr
