✅ Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – TikTok/LinkedIn a plus)
Deep understanding of analytics and campaign optimization:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking
Looker Studio (or Data Studio)
Strong analytical skills: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion funnels, keyword strategy, etc.
Creativity in ad copy and audience research
Experience with CRO and performance-based strategy
High availability and clear communication (Slack, Asana, or Zoho)

Screening Process:
All shortlisted candidates will receive a short (unpaid) test assignment to evaluate technical skills, creative thinking, and team fit. It’s focused, clear, and time-respectful.
Payment & Invoice Terms:
Payments are issued between the 28th–30th of each month
Invoices must be submitted by the 15th to be included in the same billing cycle
For milestone-based projects: payment is released only upon client/internal approval of each phase
No upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing
