Asset Management Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Asset Management Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Gibsonia, PA.

    Responsibilities:
  • Perform Asset Receipt of new devices for IMAC-D process using customer provided tools; Data provided by ECS, Customer or team via agreed to process
  • Perform Asset Receipt scanning for Transition site refresh using customer provided tools; Data provided by ECS, Customer or team via mutually agreed upon process
  • Perform Asset updates for IMAC-D process using customer provided tools for MPS managed printers
  • Perform Asset Audits and Asset updates of devices under the company agreement as a result of said Audits
  • Perform Asset updates for non-company managed devices only in cases where device is replaced by managed device
    REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Working hours must be in Pacific time zone
    Preferred:
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Project Management role
  • Proficient Excel experience
  • Experience with Smartsheet preferred
  • Experience working with ticketing software, ServiceNow preferred
  • Previous work from home experience
  • MS Teams and/or Zoom chat/meeting experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
