Account Management Advisor

    Description:
  • The Account Management Advisor is responsible for maintaining ASAP’s house account clients and onboarding new accounts with B2B sales team.
  • Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, this role requires strong customer service skills and effective communication with Key, Market, and Internal accounts.
  • With a keen attention to detail, responsible for implementing newly sold accounts and accompanying services to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Additionally, identify new sales opportunities, actively assist in streamlining processes for employers, and contribute to retaining and expanding the market share.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a human service-related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years B2B sales preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of account management experience required
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), drug testing, risk management, occupational healthcare, or mental health employment experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of drug and alcohol risk management industry preferred
  • Excellent computer-based, telephonic, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Prospecting ability for new business
  • Exceptional and demonstrable customer service business style and orientation
  • Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history
  • Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate
  • Ability to multi-task clients and successfully prioritize workload
  • Cognitive thinker with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
