SALARY:
The salary range for this position is $ to $. Newly hired individuals will typically start at the minimum of the range. Current employees promoted or advanced will receive a 5% increase of their base salary, not exceeding the maximum of the range or the minimum of the new band/level.

REMOTE WORK:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with up to 2 days of remote work outside Judiciary buildings. To participate, you must install a multifactor authentication app and have high-speed home internet access.
Position Overview:
The Camden Vicinage seeks a motivated, self-directed manager with strong leadership skills to serve as a Court Executive 2b (Criminal Division Manager). The role involves managing criminal case management, supervising staff, overseeing budgets, technology, and coordinating with various committees. Regular onsite presence is essential. Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, including oversight of court activities, staff supervision, and case management. Substitutions are allowed for education with additional experience, and foreign degrees must be evaluated.Additional Requirements:
- Driver's license valid in New Jersey if driving is necessary
- Authorization to work in the US
- Background check and fingerprinting
