Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Insurance Agents with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering customized Life and Health insurance solutions, ensuring each client fully understands their options and feels empowered to make confident, informed decisions.
- Duties
- Build and nurture relationships within your book of business through active prospecting and strategic networking
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate resilience and creativity in your approach to new business development
- Communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding their policies, including benefits administration and claims assistance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
- Requirements
- Strong sales acumen and consultative communication skills
- Negotiation skills to effectively close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Experience in outside sales is preferred; however, candidates with strong inside sales experience may also be considered.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
