Position: APIGEE Developer
Location : Remote (USA)
Experience: 5-8 Years
Visa: GC Holders or US Citizens Only
Contract: W2 Only (No C2C / 1099)
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage API proxies using Apigee X
- Integrate APIs with backend systems across RESTful and SOAP services, as well as other platforms
- Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize API efficiency
- Provide clear documentation and ongoing technical support for APIs
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure API solutions align with business requirements and best practices
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of development experience building APIs using APIGEE
- Strong hands-on experience and understanding of Apigee X
- Proficient in RESTful API design, API modeling, and API documentation
- Experience implementing security protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and other authentication/authorization methods
- Strong Java programming skills
- Familiarity with tools like Splunk and Postman
- Solid experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
- Proven track record of working in Agile or Scrum teams
- Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
