Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated NJ Certified Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong command of the NJ State Curriculum. This position involves teaching students of various ages and proficiency levels, fostering an engaging learning environment that promotes educational and emotional well-being.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a dynamic virtual classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and interaction.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Incorporate multimedia resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university
- Proficiency in certified disciplines
- Teaching Certification
- NJ Certification REQUIRED
- Daytime and/or After School Availability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
