Manager, Growth Operations

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-07-27

In the journey of life, your career should make a difference.

At Inizio Evoke, we come together—to do the best work, in the best possible place. We're all in. Because it's everyone's role to make health more human™.

About the Role:

As a Manager, Growth Operations, you will report to the EVP, Growth Operations.
  • Critical, constructive thinker. You can break down complex problems or question the status quo for constructive improvements.
  • Process enforcer. You are comfortable working with senior executives, including C-suite, and can lead a team to get to goal. You can define actions and enforce deadlines, and when needed, you also know how to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Deadline driver. You can keep a cool head under pressure, and often get a kick out of adapting on the fly.
  • Creative and curious nature. You enjoy learning new things and always seek opportunities for improvement. You're the kind of person who can't leave well enough alone until your work is tidied up and you have a full grasp of the matter at hand.
  • Natural storyteller. You are a writer who can summarize the work of multiple authors to construct one cohesive narrative that emphasizes our strengths. And because we work in advertising, you know that no story is complete without powerful visuals in a clean presentation.
  • Devil with the details. You can breakdown RFPs and organize a team with parallel work streams, maintaining the big picture without ever losing sight of those pesky little details.
  • True team player. You like getting involved and helping your fellow teammates find new solutions. You also understand that Inizio Evoke is a global organization and working with people in other time zones seems like “no big deal.”
    You will:
  • Compose and assemble RFIs, written submissions, and presentations for prospective meetings and pitches ($1MM+ in estimated value)
  • Guide multiple concurrent projects at the same time
  • Analyze RFPs to write tailored agency responses (business writing), coordinating with appropriate team members
  • Manage new business logistics, including managing deadlines, coordinating responses, keeping important partners informed and elevating issues
  • Help ideate and mobilize resources for any pitch materials, such as leave-behinds, microsites, etc.
  • Maintain our database and agency archives for future reference by organizing files, creating entries, or revising information gained through projects
  • Help coordinate pitch debriefs to share important insights for continued improvement
  • Support reporting and intel regarding the growth opportunities you are assigned in HubSpot
  • Monitor industry trades, new business sources, and competitors for new business opportunities
    You will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with high-visibility projects. Preferably within agencies and with growth opportunities (pitches/RFPs/etc).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
