Position Summary

Storm Armour Solutions is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team.

This is a 1099, commission-only role ideal for driven individuals who thrive in high-impact sales environments and want to grow with a startup disrupting the $20B+ storm protection industry.

    This is strategic B2B sales focused on:
  • Multi-family property managers and apartment operators (including REITs, affordable housing, and rental portfolios)
  • HOA boards and condominium associations
  • General contractors and developers of coastal or storm-exposed properties
  • Hotels, resorts, and hospitality operators seeking property-wide storm resilience solutions
  • Government procurement officers and insurance mitigation programs seeking storm resilience solutions

You will generate leads, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships—all while earning generous commissions and bonuses.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field outreach to prospect high-potential commercial and residential accounts
  • Pitch StormArmour’s patented storm protection system through in-person meetings, presentations, demos, and trade events
  • Collaborate with our marketing and operations team to develop sales strategies and refine go-to-market tactics
  • Follow up on leads and referrals; maintain pipeline using CRM tools
  • Track and report sales performance and customer feedback regularly
  • Represent StormArmour at industry expos, community preparedness events, and local contractor shows
    Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, construction materials, insurance mitigation, or real estate services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with clients quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to grow with a fast-paced startup
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally
  • Experience with CRM tools, presentation decks, and basic email follow-up workflows
  • Existing relationships in property management, construction, or local government a major plus
    Compensation:
  • Commission on all closed sales
  • OTE: $75,000–$200,000+ annually, based on individual performance and territory size
