UAH Business Building in Huntsville, Alabama. We need the appraised tax value can be done by accessing the county of Madison Assessors office. In doing so you will find that the valuation of the property has been kept low as UAH does not pay taxes. However knowing the value is still important.
Knowing what building is on the land will be equally if not more important. What type of structure, zoning, what goes inside of it also brings value not just to the land but in finding what it is worth to UAH and the city.
Example:
UAH: If ther is a 3-story brick structure that spans 2 acres and has 100 classrooms then the value of the that building goes beyon the walls. You know must look at how many students have sat on that land over the course of "X" number of years. What wat their tution? How much did UAH receive in grants for each student and or to do repairs. Research how muchwas made by UAH and the city by having business on that land.
