- Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage networking and cybersecurity-focused projects from inception to delivery.
- Provide project management support across internal data and engineering initiatives, including collaboration with external vendors.
- Coordinate scoping, resourcing, roadmapping, and milestone planning with cross-functional teams.
- Drive prioritization, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation strategies using established systems.
- Facilitate meetings, documentation, and reporting through Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Continuously enhance project visibility, communication flow, and team motivation.
- Implement, refine, and evolve project tools, metrics, and best practices to optimize delivery.
- Ensure frequent updates and clear communication with management and stakeholders.
- 5–8+ years of experience successfully managing technical project lifecycles, particularly in networking and security.
- Proficient in agile project management methodologies and tools including Atlassian suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clarity and precision.
- PMP certification or equivalent credentials highly preferred.
- Proven ability to break down complex requirements and handle ambiguity in evolving projects.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and navigating organizational dynamics.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, reliable, and consistent in following through.
- Capable of operating independently and escalating when necessary.
- Competitive salary range: $97,500 – $124,000 plus equity.
