Healthcare Admin Assistant (Speech Therapy) – Eval Routing, System Cleanup, Billing Support - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for a part-time, detail-oriented admin assistant to help clean up and maintain backend operations for my adult-focused, telehealth-only speech therapy practice based in Colorado.
This role starts with a project-based focus but may expand into an ongoing client-facing admin role if the fit is right.

️ Initial Responsibilities:
- Locate and send completed evaluations to doctors for signatures
- Organize and clean up documentation within our EHR system
- Collaborate with our current Upwork biller to streamline claims and follow-ups
- Track missing paperwork and help get the admin side of the practice in shape

✅ Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with medical or therapy practices (speech, OT, PT, etc.)
- Experience with EHR systems or billing workflows
- Comfort communicating with third-party collaborators (e.g. billers, physicians)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Bonus: Experience in client communication or appointment management

Starting at 3–5 hours per week. May expand depending on reliability and skill match. Flexible hours but needs to meet deadlines and respond reliably.
