  • We are seeking an experienced Credit Strategy Manager to drive the growth of our home-secured personal loan portfolio. This role focuses on Underwriting, Pricing, Loan amount & Fee decisions across all acquisition channels, driving strategy improvement, innovation and investor returns. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in lending, applying credit models, and data-driven decision-making to help us expand our market share while maintaining robust risk controls.

    Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years’ experience in a similar analytical role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, other quantitative major required; Master’s degree a plus
  • Experience in the financial industry, credit risk and mortgage/home equity experience required
  • Must be proficient in Python or similar, SQL, and MS Excel
  • Must be proficient in interpreting data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • Previous experience with Business Intelligence reporting (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc) is desirable
  • Excellent English written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Highly independent and self-motivated to form opinions that are supported by data.
  • Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques and use in strategy
  • Ability to understand competitive pressure, economic trends and their business impacts.
  • High Energy with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interacting and engaging with colleagues from all levels of management across all business units and third-party vendors
  • Demonstrated technical leadership skills including self-direction, coaching, and mentoring
  • Highly motivated, well organized, capable of developing and executing business analysis, and able to communicate status and results effectively
  • Ability to succeed within a cross-functional team emphasizing Collective Ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
  • Be confident and willing to challenge status quo, but also willing to concede and execute other’s ideas when necessary
  • Capable of teaching and learning from others to promote continuity of knowledge and personal development
  • Cultivate good working relationships with other business units, particularly Marketing, Operations, and Finance
