Events and Field Marketing Support Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our Events and Field marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing for a global software team. This position is ideal for a student studying for a BA in marketing or business who is looking to apply their knowledge and skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities: ? Assist in the planning and execution of events and field marketing activities ? Collaborate with team members to support event promotion strategies and execution ? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential target audiences ? Support the creation of marketing materials in support of event execution ? Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration ? Help maintain and update event databases and contact lists ? Provide general administrative support to the Events and Field Marketing team ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements: ? Currently pursuing a BA in marketing or business ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ? Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Availability to work between 10 to 20 hours per week
