Your Role:

  • Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research, draft petitions, and develop strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with a talented team of legal professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • Experience in workers’ compensation law, including familiarity with PQME panels, AME exams, MPN searches, and hearings.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving justice for injured workers.

Location: Offices across California, Remote or Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $225,000 + Bonuses & Benefits
